About Our Society
Special Seals Cooperative Multipurpose Society Ltd is a registered cooperative society located at Powa Complex, Police Divisional HQ, Ipakodo Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria. We serve Special Seals workers and staff, providing them with financial tools to thrive.
Our society is built on the principles of transparency, accountability, and social responsibility. Members pool resources together to give each other access to affordable loans at fair interest rates — without the red tape of commercial banking.
Members enjoy the right to attend and vote at meetings, access loans and services, and elect or be elected into office. Every member matters, and every voice counts.

Interest calculated on a reducing balance or flat rate basis. Early repayment allowed without penalty.

Administrative Fees
All fees are set by the Society constitution and approved by members.

Fines & Penalties
To maintain discipline and sustainability, the Society enforces the following penalties.
Late Loan Payment
Per week of default after 30-day grace period
Meeting Absence
Per missed meeting without an approved excuse
Late Contribution
Depending on the extent of delay in savings contribution
Misconduct / Fraud
Suspension or expulsion for fraud or misuse of Society funds
